How long does delivery take?
We process your order in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 10 business days, and shipping is free to the EU and UK. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Which size should I pick?
Measure your dog's chest at the widest point and use the size guide above. The hoodie runs small, so if your dog is in between two sizes, pick the bigger one.
Can I return it?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and we'll help you with the return.
Is the hoodie warm enough for winter?
It's soft and warm for cool days and cosy evenings. For real cold and rain we recommend the padded jacket, or both together in the Winter Set.
